William “Bill” Bayer

President & CEO

As the SDS International (SDS) President and CEO, Bill manages the company’s strategic growth, organizational alignment, and long-term strategy. He is a retired USAF officer where he was a career battle manager working assignments in Korea, Nellis AFB 65th Aggressors, the once classified 4477th Red Eagles where he controlled MIG aircraft,  Naples Italy NATO Airsouth as the warnings and installations officer, USAFE as the 17th AF DOY, as a joint officer in charge of exercise ROVING SANDS at FORSCOM, and culminating as the first director of the Joint Multi TDL Schoolhouse inculcating the Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) position for the joint services.   After retiring from the USAF in 1999 he joined SDS and progressed steadily through the ranks first as an action officer on the JCS J8 Joint Theater and Missile Defense Organization (JTAMDO) and then became a program manager upon winning a prestigious contract with the Joint Interoperability Division at Fort McPherson GA. He advanced to the company director of international programs and then Vice President of North-East Operations, then Vice President of US Operations. Now the owner of SDS Bill is responsible for managing the overall operations and resources of SDS. Bill earned a BA from the University of Central Florida and an MPA from Golden Gate University. Living on the Space Coast of Florida he enjoys the numerous rocket launches from the space center as well as spending time with family and friends at the beach, on his boat, or just hanging out at the pool.

Bruce A Miller

CFO

A Twenty Eight year veteran of SDS he rose from Business Manager to CFO crunching the numbers on a continuous basis the entire time. MBA from Washington State University and a  Certified Public Accountant. Retired USN Supply Corps Officer with specialization in Submarine Support Logistics and Aviation Support. Other tours included Director of Active Duty Accounts Processing at the Navy Finance Center and NAVSEA Business Manager for Shipbuilding (Minesweepers). 

   Jennifer Brygger     

Chief Administrative Officer

A Nineteen year veteran of SDS she steadily rose from Associate Business Specialist, to Business Manager/Executive Assistant, to Vice President of Administration, providing executive administrative support to the President/CEO, and all administrative needs of the SDS corporate headquarters office, as well as managing administrative aspects for all bids and proposals, ensuring on-time completion and compliance. Experienced with project management, government contracts, event planning, government proposal submission, recruitment, procurement activities and Human Resources. Now as Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary of the Board of SDS, she has developed a strong corporate management background established over twenty five years of corporate service. Jennifer earned an Associate of science degree in Human Resources Management and is currently working on completing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
