Experience: Four or more years of related experience in an IT support organization with 100+ users and technical experience within systems administration. Experience with maintaining computer networks and systems including software, mainframes, VPNs, routers, and other physical hardware. Experience with installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues. Experience updating virus protection software to keep data and communications protected. Experience with fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on-demand or from inspection of the systems. Prior experience working as a SharePoint developer. Experience with Web development: HTML, CSS, SQL. Experience with Problem-management and critical and strategic thinking abilities. Experience in client management, particularly in the areas of data flow and migration. Reviewing website interface and software stability.
Education: Associate’s degree in computer science, software engineering or related field. Must have CompTia Sec+ Certification.
