System Administration Support Technician

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

 

Certifiable knowledge of PC operations and associated peripheral equipment:

LANs, WANs, remote access systems, routers, bridges, cabling, firewalls, Linux

and Windows NT based operating systems

  1. Expertise in principles, practices, and techniques in the installation and

maintenance of hardware and software

  1. Expertise in network management tools and problem analysis techniques
  2. Experience with operating systems and relational database management

systems such as SQL Server

  1. Functional knowledge of distributed simulation (DIS) and High Level Architecture

(HLA).

  1. Minimum three (3) years of employment experience of computer/networking

related work within the past three (3) years.

  1. Minimum Secret Security Clearance
